Digital Products (E-books, Workbooks, Journals)
Due to the instant digital delivery nature of these products, refunds are generally not offered once download access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it.
Programs & Courses
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all programs. If you complete the first module and feel the content is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Coaching Sessions
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice forfeit the session fee. No refunds after a session has taken place.
Community Memberships
Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time – you will retain access until the end of your billing period. Annual memberships are refundable within 14 days of purchase if less than 2 live calls have been attended.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@mindsetkonbatan.com with your order details and reason for the refund. We process all requests within 5-7 business days.
