1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using MindsetKonbatan ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Description of Services
MindsetKonbatan provides an online platform offering personal development programs, community features, educational content, and digital products across the areas of mindset, business, technology, and finance.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the platform lawfully, respectfully, and in accordance with community guidelines. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4. Community Content & Conduct
MindsetKonbatan's community feed, comments, and groups let members post their own content. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior — including harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit material, and spam. By posting, you agree not to submit content that violates this policy.
Every post and comment can be reported by any member, and you can block another member at any time — blocking immediately hides their content from your feed. Reports and blocks are sent to our team, and we review and act on them (removing the content and, where warranted, removing the member) within 24 hours.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on MindsetKonbatan – including courses, videos, workbooks, and branding – is the intellectual property of MindsetKonbatan and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
MindsetKonbatan is not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of our educational content. Results vary and depend on individual effort.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
